No placement is confirmed prior to any mode of payment.
One month notice or fee in lieu of, is required for any withdrawals.
There will be no discount or refund of course fees for any leave of absence during the term of the course.
Monthly Fees cover an average of 4 weekly classes per month. In a year, you are paying for a total of 48 classes. The remaining 4 weeks of the year Aizen Academy is closed: March break, first week of July, and two weeks during winter holidays Please refer to Admissions > Calendar for the exact dates.
Payments are preferred through direct debit mode only unless otherwise specified.
Any cheques or pre-authorized debits returned NSF will incur a $25 service charge. Payments not received by the due date will incur late payment charges.
We realize that even under close supervision, children may have occasional accidents. Therefore, we hereby release for indemnity & hold Aizen Academy its staff or volunteers harmless from any & all claims, damages or other liabilities for injuries to students which are not a result of direct negligence of the staff.

Young Engineers Ltd. to use photographs and visual recordings of my child taken at Aizen Academy, during Aizen Academy run programs digitally or otherwise, or at any other event that Aizen Academy students are participating in, provided no identification (full name or address) may be used for promotions unless explicitly authorized.
