iLEAP Leadership is a Communication, Public Speaking, and Soft Skills program designed to deliver experiential learning to eager students who will quickly find themselves engaged and empowered by our curriculum and fun activities. The program structure cultivates the encouragement of shy and reserved students whilst challenging and sharpening the tools of more confident speakers.

iLEAP Leadership follows a unique program format, whereby members learn by taking initiatives to sign up for executive meeting roles, providing constructive and positive feedback, presenting and speaking in front of their peers, and organizing professional meetings for themselves.

iLEAP Club members meet weekly to develop their communication, leadership, and public speaking skills. It serves as a great way to learn soft skills and boost confidence while practicing them. With time, one experiences ease at thinking on their feet and articulating complex thoughts with appropriate vocabulary.
