Life at Aizen

• Our team is young, vibrant, and always willing to learn. We support one another across multiple disciplines and behave as a cohesive unit. Once COVID-19 transformed our lives in early 2020, we banded together and built a strong online teaching presence that has been enhanced and refined as time passed. We are committed to offering the highest level of education to our students and provide classes that are full of energy and enthusiasm. If you love working with children and expanding your own skill set, Aizen Academy is the place for you.
• All of our programs provide detailed training sessions to ensure you are able to deliver a strong curriculum to your students. Prior to officially training in any program, you will be asked to shadow existing instructors to observe our teaching standards and methodologies. Training is ongoing for most programs and continues once you start teaching your own class. The ultimate goal is to graduate the training program and become an expert in teaching that specific discipline.
• At Aizen Academy, we host multiple events a year. Our most anticipated event is the Annual Award Ceremony. We provide Trophies, Plaques, Medals, and Certificates from all internal and external competitions from the year. For UCMAS, this includes the annual International Grading Exam, our inhouse competition, and the National Competition. For iLEAP Club, this includes the Interclub Competition as well as the National Competition. We also host an annual chess tournament for the Junior and Senior divisions. We will be hosting our inaugural Java After Dark event to showcase artistic performances from our students in 2021.
